Support notes
If a diagnosis looks wrong, tell us the plant, what you could see on it, and what the app returned, and attach the photo you scanned if you still have it. Please do not send payment details or anything you would rather not have read by a support reader. For a plant that needs a chemical treatment, your local extension service can confirm the diagnosis faster than we can.
